Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a student?
Any active student profile in your account. Archived students don't count toward your seat limit.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. After that, you're billed every 30 days from when your trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account settings. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged at all. If you cancel after billing starts, you keep access until the end of that billing period.
